The Most Important New Technology Since the Smart Phone Arrives December 2012

Will this be the change of technology as we know it or will it be passed by for some reason?  This device is like the technology I have seen in the movie Minority Report with Tom Cruise.  It is definitely a game changer for games and probably operating systems.  I would love to try it myself.  It is supposed to retail for only $70.00.  Wow!  If you or someone you know gets their hands on one, tell me what you think.

Looping: Not so loopy.

City Charter High’s approach proves successful and looping seems to be the reason for their achievement.  For those of you unaware of what looping is – It means a teacher will stay with a student for a duration past just one year.  At CCH the teachers stay with the students for four years.  The idea of looping and its benefits are detailed further in the article.  Read on.

RockMelt – Chrome with some Facebook Add-ons

Want an all-in-one browser, but still like Chrome?  Time to try Rockmelt.  It logs in to Facebook, Twitter, even 9Gag and all your other social networks or RSS feeds and keeps you updated in the sidebar or menu.  It seems like it would be the browser of choice if you have an especially large screen.

I’m going to try it out.
