This thought-provoking article talks about how people have different personas depending upon the audience they are aiming towards. I think of this personally, where I have my Facebook for friends and family, whereas my LinkedIn is professional, my Twitter is impersonal but professional, my Blog is very technical, my Scoop-its are reflective, my Tumblr is for music, my Flikr is for family, and my Instagram is small artistic glimpses of my life.

That’s a lot of legalistic language. That’s a lot of negativity. How about an empowered use policy (EUP) instead? In other words, instead of saying NO, NO, NO! all the time, how about saying yes? Here’s one to consider…
This is an argument for a "positive-languaged" Tech policy for students rather than an Acceptable Use Policy that has a lot of negative language.
