A top EU court rules Google must amend some search results at the request of ordinary people in an important test of the so-called “right to be forgotten”.

This is an interesting debate that Google presents in that they only point to links that are presently on the internet.  Is it their job to recognise the validity of every link?  When will the European courts take it too far?
